This entry will clarify our policy on how long unused hits remain active.
There is an automatic process that purges any unused hits from our systems if the IP hasn't been used for one year and one month.
To further clarify this policy, any hits that remain on an IP that hasn't been accessed for a period of 13 months will expire. No refunds will be given for any reason what so ever.
This is official policy.
